The role and impact of Feide in Norwegian education
Feide is Norway's national Single Sign-On (SSO) service, which provides secure access to digital resources in the education sector. Feide enhances the efficiency and security of digital service use in education in Norway. With ongoing developments such as piloting parental access, Feide is positioned as a central hub for managing digital identities and facilitating collaboration among different stakeholders.

Guidelines for educators and school leaders
This document provides practical guidelines for teachers, school leaders, and other education professionals on how to use education data ethically, inclusively, and meaningfully to enhance students' academic and socio-emotional development and drive school improvement. It draws on nine case studies, 18 learning stories, a literature review, and a series of workshops for education stakeholders conducted under the Agile EDU project, supported by evidence from research.

Policy recommendations for meaningful use of data in education
This publication sets out a series of recommendations to help policy makers make use of digital data in education. It is an output of the Agile EDU project, bringing together a diverse consortium of public authorities, universities, and civil society organisations across Europe, aiming to support inclusive and high-quality digital education aligned with the European Commission's Digital Education Action Plan 2021–2027.

Teacher professional development resource pack
Agile EDU builds a knowledge base with a literature review, a set of Learning Stories and case studies, expert workshops and Dialogue Labs. This knowledge is translated into material for upskilling teachers and teacher educators/trainers in the purposeful use of data in schools. In this resource pack the Agile EDU project addresses topics such as the use of data collected in digital tools/resources (e.g., teacher dashboards, learning analytics, digital personalised learning and communication/collaboration software), the evaluation and selection of digital tools/resources in terms of their safety, equity, pedagogical value and ethics. The resource pack will be released by the end of 2024.

Second European Dialogue Lab report
The second European Dialogue Lab of the Agile EDU project took place online on 19 February 2025, bringing together 25 participants hosted by European Schoolnet to explore key issues around educational data and policy. Participants shared perspectives, successes and challenges emerging from Country Dialogue Labs, using a structured dialogue approach to build mutual understanding in complex policy areas. This summary draws on plenary presentations, recordings of discussion groups, rapporteur feedback and contributions in the event chat.

First European Dialogue Lab report
The first European Dialogue Lab of the Agile EDU project hosted 37 participants that exchanged views on issues around educational data emerging from earlier national labs in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. The report highlights common themes such as inconsistent definitions, opportunities and challenges in using data for learning, insufficient strategic planning and the need for research on what data to collect, by whom and for what purpose.
